Hawaii 

Democratic Senate | Democratic House | Democratic Governor 

HB1159 (D) - Requires the Hawaii community development authority to consider the impacts of climate change, sea level rise, and climate-resilient development in the design and siting of buildings in the Kakaako and Kalaeloa community development districts. 

HB481 (D) - Requires the University of Hawaii to provide menstrual products free of charge to all students on any University of Hawaii campus, including the community colleges. 

HB1212 (D) - Establishes the water neutrality task force to develop a plan for Hawaii to become water-neutral by the year 2050. Requires the task force to submit a report to the Legislature. Appropriates funds. 

Idaho

HJM001 (R) - OREGON AND IDAHO BORDERS -- States findings of the Legislature and resolves that the Idaho Legislature stands ready to begin discussions with the Oregon Legislature regarding the potential to relocate the Oregon/Idaho state boundary. 

H0130 (Committee Bill)  - FUELS TAX -- Amends and adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding electric fuel tax for commercial electric vehicles. 

H0106 (Committee Bill) - PROHIBITIONS ON UTILITY CONNECTIONS -- Adds to existing law to prohibit any type of local government entity from restricting certain types of utility connections. 

Illinois

HB1429 (R) - Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Eliminates a provision that a person licensed to carry a concealed handgun shall not knowingly carry a firearm on any bus, train, or form of transportation paid for in whole or in part with public funds, or any building, real property, and parking area under the control of a public transportation facility paid for in whole or in part with public funds. 

HR0071 (D) - Urges the Biden Administration to adjust federal funding levels for undercounted areas and to see that Illinois receives the funds appropriate to their actual population, not the undercount. Resolves that the State of Illinois should take all appropriate steps to ensure undercounted communities within the State receive their proper funding. 

HB1270 (R) - Repeals the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act. Amends various Acts to make conforming changes. Effective immediately.
