Colorado
The bill prohibits a person from openly carrying a firearm within any polling location or central count facility, or within 100 feet of a ballot drop box or any building in which a polling location or central count facility is located, while an election or any related ongoing election administration activity is in progress.
The Colorado commission on Indian affairs is required, in consultation with the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe and the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, to submit a report to the legislative council identifying opportunities for tribal governments to be included in the operations or programs of the state as a partner, assessing whether the Colorado commission on Indian affairs can facilitate or provide those opportunities, and recommending other ways for the state to facilitate or provide those opportunities.
Connecticut
The Department of Social Services, the Labor Department, [and] 5 the Department of Motor Vehicles and each housing authority, as defined in section 8-39, shall make voter registration information and materials available to the public.
No law enforcement unit, as defined in section 7-294a, shall hire any person as a police officer, as defined in said section, [7-294a,] who was previously employed as a police officer by such unit or in any other jurisdiction and who (1) was dismissed for malfeasance or other serious misconduct calling into question such person's fitness to serve as a police officer; or (2) resigned or retired from such officer's position while under investigation for such malfeasance or other serious misconduct.

Requires DHSMV to issue or renew ID cards at no charge to persons presenting valid voter's registration card & attesting to financial hardship; prohibits DHSMV from requiring such persons to present evidence of such hardship.
Georgia
To amend Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elections and primaries generally, so as to prohibit solicitation and acceptance of private donations by state and local governmental entities for election purposes; to provide for exceptions; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.

Requires that all electronic information technology developed, purchased, used, or provided by a state entity be made accessible to persons with disabilities.
Authorizes the department of education to develop programs to encourage the development of gardens on school property.
Requires all state building construction projects and state highway projects to use building and construction materials that seek to reduce their carbon footprint, where feasible and cost effective.
Requires the department of education to establish a tiered student bus fare rate system to include free bus passes for students and households that quality for free or reduced lunch under the free and reduced price lunch program.
